Shipping policy

• Delivery costs are quoted for destinations in Australia.
• Your order may be sent via Couriers Please, Australia Post or Aramex Couriers
• By accepting our terms, you agree that if no one is home, the item may be left at your premise unattended.
• Is Coffee Is Good cannot be held responsible for orders left unattended.
• Orders addressed to a PO Box will be shipped by Australia Post.
• If you have any questions, please contact us before completing your order.

Shipping Times

Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to get it in the post on the same day, though it can take up to 3 business days in some circumstances. We will email you a tracking number and the name of the shipping company as soon as possible. We are no longer responsible for the package once it has been collected by the shipping company.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days, please contact us quoting your order number and the date of your order.
