Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
As coffee begins life as a raw material, variance from batch to batch may occur. Not liking the taste, or finding a slight variance from the last bag you bought is not a valid reason to return goods. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for any assistance regarding your coffee purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are required to return a product to us, shipping is at the customers expense. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no damage occurs during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
